Infosys declares final dividend of Rs 20, along with special dividend of Rs 8 per share

New Delhi : The second-largest software exporter of India – Infosys – has announced a final dividend of Rs 20 per share for the financial year 2023-24. The company has also announced a special dividend of Rs 8 per equity share.

It must be noted that the company had earlier announced a dividend of Rs 35.5 per share, making the total dividend pay Rs 63.5 per share for FY24.

The record date of payment for the final and special dividends has been fixed as May 31, 2024. Meanwhile, the dividend will be paid on July 1, 2024, the company mentioned in its filing.

The dividend has been approved and announced during the IT giant’s March quarter (Q4FY24) results.

Prior to this, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 18 per share on October 2023, followed by a Rs 17.5 final dividend on June 2023.

Infosys reported a net profit of ₹7,975 crore for the quarter, which was higher by 30% compared to the December quarter. The IT giant expects revenue growth for the financial year 2025 to be between 1% and 3%.
